An EU AI Act audit built for SMEs
We find every AI tool your business uses, work out what the Act asks of you for each one, and hand you the documents to show it. There's no hourly billing and no enterprise sales process.
From first call to finished file
Discovery call
30 minutes to understand your business and the AI you think you use. We quote a fixed fee at the end of it.
AI inventory
A structured questionnaire and a short session with whoever runs your systems. We find the AI features switched on inside software you already use, too.
Classification
Each tool is classified against the Act: banned, high-risk, transparency duty or minimal. We set out whether you are the provider or the deployer.
Report and documents
A plain-English report with the exposure we found, and the documents you need, ready to use.
Handover
We walk you through the findings and the fixes, in order of priority.
Documents you can show a customer, an investor or a regulator
AI register
Every AI system you use, what it's for, who supplies it and its risk level.
Transparency notices
Ready-to-publish wording for chatbots, AI content and anything else Article 50 covers.
Risk register
The exposure we found, rated, with the reasoning behind each classification.
Remediation plan
What to fix, in what order, and what needs doing before 2 December 2027.
Audit report
A plain-English summary for your board, investors or customers who ask.
Then we keep it current
Your AI use changes every time a vendor ships a new feature. The rules are still changing too. A monthly retainer keeps your documentation accurate between now and the December 2027 deadline and beyond.
- A short monthly check-in on new tools and changes in how you use AI
- Notices and registers updated when something changes
- Regulatory changes translated into what they mean for you
- Preparation for the high-risk rules, if they apply to you
Audit questions
How much does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. It depends mainly on how many AI tools you use. We quote at the end of the discovery call, which is free.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks from the discovery call to handover, depending mostly on how quickly we can get answers about your systems.
What do you need from us?
A completed questionnaire and about an hour with the person who knows your systems best. We don't need access to your systems or your data.
Is this legal advice?
No. We're a compliance service, not a law firm. Where a question needs a lawyer's judgement, we'll say so.
