What we collect and why
- Checker results. If you ask for your result by email, we collect your email address, your company name if you give it, where your business operates, and your answers. We use them to send you the result and to follow up about it.
- Contact form and email. Your name, email, company and message, used to reply and arrange a call.
- Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
- Resend sends the emails generated by this website.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete enquiry and checker data after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

This website doesn't set cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use. Email hello@eucompliancy.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
